Honey Garlic Ribs

These Honey Garlic Ribs come through dripping in sweet and savory honey-garlic sauce. The ribs are cooked to perfection with sous vide and finished in my Ninja Foodi for a delicious bark.

Gather the ingredients.

Let’s go to work.

  1. Mix salt and pink salt and make sure they are combined.
  2. Cut the rack in half to fit inside the smoker and season each half evenly. The pink salt is optional but is essential to creating a “smoke ring.”
  3. Let the ribs rest in the salt brine for about 10 minutes.
  4. Combine everything except the rub in a saucepan on medium heat and mix well.
  5. Once the glaze is heated through and well combined, mop the ribs all over with it.
  6. Place the ribs in Ziplock-style bags and cook for four hours at 162 °F.
  7. Remove the ribs from the bags, and mop again with more of the glaze.
  8. Use your favorite rub (I use Weber’s Honey Garlic rub), and dust the ribs all over, being sure to get it in all the cracks and crevices.
  9. Preheat the Ninja Foodi Grill to “Air Fry” at 400 °F; however, you can also do this in the oven under the broiler.
  10. Set the ribs in the air fry basket and let them crisp up until they develop a beautiful bark, about 5–10 minutes.
  11. ‘Nuff said! Pull those Honey Garlic Ribs out of the Foodi/oven, glaze them one last time, let them rest for a few minutes, then cut them up and enjoy!
